    EASY BOONDI LADDU RECIPE TO MAKE AT HOME

Deserts, cravings of every Indian after a meal. Sweets are basically a part of meal in indian families. And then comes Bundi Laddu or Moti Chur laddu becomes everyone's favorite desert, so tasty and so easy to make and make your cravings satisfied. So, here is an easy recipe of bundi laddu or moti chur even a beginner can cook it deliciously.


Here Goes the Process

Ingrediants:

  • Besan flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Elaichi Powder
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Baking Soda
  • Dry fruits
  • Salt
  • Water

Process :


Take a bowl add besan flour, 1 table spoon oil,pinch of baking soda, mix it well. Add some water until the flowing consistency. Take a big spoon with holes, and pour the batter into in the oil using the spoon, so it becomes boondi. Then boondi is ready. Next for the sugar syrup, take a cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of water, mix it well. Put it on the low flame, keep mixing until we get thick consistency. Then add elaichi powder. Sugar syrup is ready. Once the syrup is ready add the boondi into syrup, mix it welland leave for some time . Add dry fruits to it and now start making round ladoos with it. Your Bundi Ladoo is ready.
