Make tasty brinjal curry at home

                             Brinjal curry





Ingredients:

  • Oil:4 tablespoons
  • Chopped Onions-1 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes-1 cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves-4-5
  • Daniya Powder-little bit
  • Turmeric powder-1 spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder-3 Spoons
  • Brinjals-1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste-1 spoon
  • Water-4 cups
  • Salt-As per requirement
Process:

Take a bowl and add oil and add chopped onions to mix them and add coriander leaves and curry leaves and ginger paste mix it well and after chopped brinjals and turmeric powder and salt add red chili powder and mix them and add water and chopped tomatoes and add next grind dry coconut and red chili powder and salt to mixes into curry and add dhaniya powder and mix it for them and keep it stove on low flame up to 5-10 minutes around them brinjal curry is ready to serve.


Pudina Chutney

Ingredients:-

  • Pudina Chunty Making Process:
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 5 chopped green Chillis
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 Full cup of Mint Leaves
  • little Tamarind
  • little Jaggery
  • Fried Nuvvulu
  • Some Oil
  • Salt
Process: Take a pan Add nuvvulu on it fry them until good Aroma. Take a side on plate,On that pan add some oil heat it and add jeera, avalu, chanadal and fry them,Add chopped onions, greenchilli, curryleaves fry some time,then add pudhina leaves cook some time leave it ,until it cool,next add fried nuvvulu into mixjar, grind fine powder In the pan Mixture add powder,salt little jaggery mix it well and grind it.Now Pudina chutney is ready.
